Job Responsibilities

1、Lead new drug project evaluation and establish the project portfolio roadmap.

2、Conduct comprehensive literature and patent searches in English to support preclinical research and regulatory submissions.

3、Design and oversee preclinical study protocols (in vitro & in vivo), including study plans, data analysis, and reporting.

4、Provide scientific and technical guidance to the preclinical team, review study protocols and reports, and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and company SOPs.

5、Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

1、PhD in Biology, Medicine, or Pharmacy (or related field).

2、Minimum 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

3、Proven track record in new drug project evaluation and portfolio management.

4、Experience in CNS pain (e.g., neuropathic pain, migraine) or immune/autoimmune disease research is highly preferred.
