On May 21, 2025, the company marked the completion of its 14-week lecture series on the fundamentals of drug discovery and development. Modeled after Basic Principles of Drug Discovery and Development (2nd edition, Benjamin E. Blass, 2021), the program featured expert-led discussions by colleagues from drug discovery and development, and cross-functional business units, held during engaging Wednesday lunchtime sessions.

       Adopting a self-directed learning approach, the series blended pre-session reading with interactive discussions, delving into key aspects of pharmaceutical R&D. Each seminar provided participants with deepened insights, reinforced foundational knowledge, and fresh perspectives to inspire innovative problem-solving.

       Beyond the enriching content, these sessions fostered a collaborative learning culture—where shared takeaways were as fulfilling as the casual lunches of boxed meals and pizza.
