1) Green reaction media technologies: water, supercritical fluids, ionic liquids, two-phase system, etc.

2) Chemical catalysis technologies: asymmetric oxidation, asymmetric hydrogenation, asymmetric synthesis of carbon-carbon bonds and C-hetero atom bonds, coupling reactions via catalysis, catalyzed cyclization reaction, catalytic cracking reaction, reactions catalyzed by small organic molecules, by solid acids, tandem catalytic reactions, selection and engineering of catalysts (in cooperation with teams from Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry(CAS), Peking University, Nankai University, Southern University of Science and Technology).

3) Bio-catalysis technologies: enzyme catalysis (oxidoreductase, transferase, hydrolases, lyases, isomerase, synthetic enzyme and so on), enzyme-assisted chiral center construction, cell-assisted catalysis, enzyme screening and engineering, and so on (teamed with the East China University of Science and Technology researchers).

4) Other synthesis technologies: photochemical synthesis, electrochemical synthesis (cooperated with Zhejiang University of Technology team), microwave assisted chemical reactions, ultrasonic aided chemical reactions, peptide synthesis chemistry, combinatorial chemistry, micro-channel reactor and flow chemistry technology, etc.

Of all these, chemical catalysis technology, bio-catalysis technology and flow chemistry technology, and related equipments, are major weapons in VastProTech's technical arsenal.
