The ninth anniversary celebration of VastPro (Zhejiang) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd held and the honorary certificate of five-year employee were awarded

       On December 26, 2024, two days after Shanghai VastPro Technology Development Co., Ltd. completed its relocation to Anji, Zhejiang Province and changed its name to VastPro (Zhejiang) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., the company held a celebration meeting and dinner gathering for its ninth anniversary.

       At the celebration meeting, Dr. Wenfeng Zhu gave a keynote report on "Our Tasks and Solutions under Current Situation", reviewing the past, analyzing the present and looking forward to the future of the company, and giving an open-end explanation and discussion on the situation, task priorities and main solutions faced by the company's innovative drug business unit, molecular product business unit and supporting business unit. Then all colleagues carried out group discussions and meeting summaries to gather the consensus of all colleagues and lay the foundation for the next year's work.

      The company recommends the use of: 1) task list, 2) five-point email, 3) white-board work discussion and report and other management tools to improve the work efficiency of all employees and the company together.

       At the celebration meeting, the company awarded honorary certificates and souvenirs to nine colleagues with more than five years of experience.

       In 2025, the company will enter a new stage of development under the new organizational structure, with the R&D pipelines entering the clinical research stage in the innovative drug business and the a few selected products reach sales and profit milestones in the molecular product business, laying key cornerstones for the company to reach the commitment to becoming a high-quality pharmaceutical technology innovation and product intelligence manufacturing company.
