Part III of VastPro Tech's anniversary celebrations - internal training

On December 16, 2016, VastPro Tech held internal training on green synthesis process and production technology. Mr. Chengtao He, from R&D Department, shared his experience and a few project cases, which including difficulties encountered, the process and resolution for solving related problems, and the sound outcome so far. Based on Chengtao's cases, our R&D director, Dr. Yabing Feng gave in detailed evaluation and training course on principles and requirements for green synthesis process research and technology development. Dr. Feng gave guidance and suggestions to fellow colleagues on how to upgrade professional skills and how to improve work efficiency, and also a few specific requirements on R&D operation and management. In the meanwhile, Dr Yabing Feng shared personal experiences and tips for research and development of green synthetic technology with the audience.
